Ingredients

For the bowl

  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 medium green pepperoni
  • 3½ oz kale
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ head red cabbage
  • 1 dash salt
  • ¼ head savoy cabbage
  • ¼ head white cabbage

For the balls

  • ⅔ oz flaxseed
  • 3½ oz pine seeds
  • 7⅒ oz sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables in to strips.
  2. Place the vegetables in a bowl and season them with oil, salt, pepper and lime to taste. Leave them to rest.
  3. Mix and smash the seeds together to obtain a sticky flour.
  4. Add a small amount of water for a more compact result.
  5. Shape the balls to taste and let them rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  6. Dish out the vegetables in a serving bowl.
  7. Add the seeds balls in the centre of the bowl and serve.
  8. Enjoy your zen meal.
