Ingredients

For the Bread

  • 1 cup sweet radish (thinly sliced)
  • 2 slices whole grain sandwich bread (toasted)

For the Yogurt

  • ½ tsp black pepper (ground)
  • 1 medium scallion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup soy yogurt

Directions

  1. Use a medium size bowl and mit the ingredients for the yogurt.
  2. Spread the yogurt on the toasted bread and add the sweet radish.
